As a claim progresses, things typically happen that you need to record and share. Notes is designed for just that!
The Notes tab lets you record any descriptive details about the progress of the claim and acts as a way to collaborate and share information with your team. Each team member can catch up on the current state of a claim, by reviewing notes left by colleagues.
