Can Claimable be customised to suit our needs?
Claimable is available in pre-defined configurations as outlined on our pricing page, but there is a limited amount of customisation available, depending on your needs.
If you have specific requirements, please get in touch so we can discuss these further.
What claim types can Claimable support?
Claimable supports any claim type, from straightforward, low-effort claims to more niche and complex industry-specific cases thanks to a variety of customisation options.
Claimable allows you to customise the list of claim and incident types, along with other parts of your account such workflows and message templates, to accommodate different industries and claims processes.

Can Claimable integrate with third-party tools?
Yes, thanks to our API and Zapier integration, Claimable can connect and synchronise data with other systems and tools your company uses. You can, for example, build custom workflows or send data from Claimable into BI systems in a few clicks with no need to write any code, via no-code tools such as Zapier.
Your development team can also directly use our API to develop custom integrations.

How much does Claimable cost?
We pride ourselves on offering simple and transparent pricing to cater to different business needs. We offer a 14-day free trial and there are no setup fees or hidden costs.

How do I set up Claimable for my business?
Claimable is ready-to-use software and setting up your account is simple and quick, without the need for long projects or unnecessary costs.
When you request a trial, your account is manually customised to suit your use case and our onboarding team is available during the trial period to ensure that your account meets your specific needs and aligns with your claim process.
Most customers complete the setup and fully start using Claimable within the 14-day free trial period.
How do I become a customer of Claimable?
Claimable is ready-to-use software and setting up your account is quick and simple.
You will just need to request a free trial, wait for our confirmation email and create a password to log in to your dedicated company Claimable account.
Once you log into your Claimable account, to convert to a paying customer, click "Upgrade" in the profile menu (top-right corner) and choose the price plan that best fits your business.
Your first 14 days remain completely free, so you can use the trial period to familiarise with Claimable.
Can I automatically import legacy claims into Claimable?
Yes. Provided you can send us your legacy claims in the required format, our team will be able to automatically import your data as a one off task, free of charge. Alternatively, you can also use our API and Zapier integration to import existing claims.

Can I log in using SAML SSO?
Yes. Claimable supports SAML SSO for customers on our Established price plan.

What payment methods does Claimable accept?
We accept payment by credit/debit, and accept all major brands.
Our UK customers also have the option of paying by Direct Debit.
Do your prices include VAT / sales tax?
For customers in the UK and in the EU, UK VAT @ 20% will be charged.
For customers outside the UK and EU, no VAT will be charged.
In which countries can I use Claimable?
Because Claimable is web-based, you can access it from anywhere in the world, provided you have internet access.
Therefore, there are no geographical limits although Claimable is currently in English language.
Is Claimable available in North America?
Yes, Claimable is available in the US. Claimable has been offering claims management software across North America since 2013 and the region has become one of our biggest markets outside of the UK.

Yes, Claimable is available in Australia and New Zealand. Claimable has been offering claims management software to Australian and Kiwi customers since 2015.

- Security standards designed to meet Australian Privacy Principles and NZ Privacy Act requirements

We offer a no-commitment, 14-day free trial providing full access to all of Claimable's features.
We encourage anyone interested in Claimable to take advantage of the trial to understand how you can benefit from it. The trial gives you access to our in-app support chat where you can speak with our team (real humans from Claimable HQ, not bots!) and ask any questions you may have.

Do you have an uptime guarantee?
Yes, we have a proven uptime of 99.99%. If we do need to perform maintenance, we will notify you in advance to minimise any disruption.
Is our data backed up?
Yes, we maintain multiple backups and our platform operates with a high level of redundancy to minimise risk to your business.
Do we need our own servers?
No, we handle all that for you! Claimable is a fully hosted application, so there is no need for expensive hardware. In fact, all you need is an internet connection and a modern web browser.
Do we own our data?
Yes. Your data is safely stored in our platform, but you retain ownership of it at all times. If you do require a copy, we will be happy to provide this.
Who can access our data?
We have strict access control policies to ensure your data is protected. You can specify detailed privileges for every user on your account.
Is Claimable GDPR Compliant?
Yes, Claimable will be fully GDPR compliant by the enforcement date on 25th May 2018.

Where is Claimable hosted?
We use a combination of industry-leading data centres including Rackspace and Amazon, who operate to PCI-compliant standards.
Can Claimable be self-hosted?
No, Claimable is a cloud-based SaaS product and, therefore, it can't be hosted on-premise or in your own data center.
Claimable is fully hosted and managed by us and our prices include all support and maintenance.
