Multi-Branch Support

Multi-Branch Support allows you to segregate workload appropriately and manage claims across different locations.

This allows you to give each branch or team responsibility for their own claims, with head office having oversight of all branches.

Each of your users can either have access to all branches, or just their own branch. If a user is limited to just one branch, they can not see claims from the other branches, just their own. On the contrary, users with multi-branch access, such as managers and those working in the head office, can manage, submit and report on claims for all branches.
